Ted believes he can bring his feline friend back from the dead by dressing up like a cat and collecting 9 human lives. Meanwhile, at pet greif counselling group, Ted crosses paths with Claire, the former owner of a famous internet cat celebrity. By day, the two begin an awkward relationship. By night, Ted prowls the streets in search of victims.
